About Us

We've been roasting nuts since 1989. Like most of our competitors, we started out in a kiosk in the mall. Since our start we've been at craft shows, festivals, car shows, catering events and more. We started out in the Arborland Mall and ended in Bay City's mall. At one point we had kiosks in Jackson, Ann Arbor, Lansing, and Bay City at the same time ruling the Christmas season by filling the malls with the aroma of our roasted nuts. In 1992 we added gift baskets to our menu. Most were premade, but special orders were (and still are) always welcome. For a few years we had stores in both the Bay City and Lansing malls. Lansing didn't work out too well, so we broke with them and moved to Fashion Square Mall in Saginaw. The Bay City store ran from 1996 until 2001.
