Exercise Specialist – Oakland County, MI

Exercise Specialists assist Physical Therapists/Physical Therapist Assistants with patient care.

Rochester South (Crooks Rd.), Rochester North (Rochester Rd.), Clarkston, Novi and Troy (Rochester Rd.)
Duties

• Supports the Clinical Staff
• Implementation and supervision of prescribed therapeutic programs
• Patient Care Coordination
• Cleans/Maintains the facility and equipment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred but not necessary. No experience is necessary. Must be at least 17 years old.
• The ideal candidate has an interest in pursuing a career in Physical Therapy or other medical or exercise fields
• Displays excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Exercise Specialist certification required within 90 days of employment. (Course provided by HealthQuest)

Physical Demands:
The physical demands required of this position involve extensive standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 50lbs.
