Jersey Mikes Shift Manager

We are HIRING today at Jersey Mike's Subs!! Shift Leaders, Openers, Closers and crew members are wanted to join our great team!

Shift Managers take an active role in starting and closing our day at the store. Shift Managers responsibilities and requirements include:

• Experience leading a team, management experience required
• Highly responsible and dependable leader
• Strong customer focus
• Ability to delegate tasks and direct Team Members
• Capable of running store operations with a track record or operational consistency
• Responsible for opening and/or closing the store
• Must be over 18 to operate slicer
• Focus on staff training and building teamwork
• Confidence in cash handling and preparedness for service
• Positive attitude and self motivated leader
• Hours: 25 – 38+ hours/week

Requirements: Must live close to the location, have reliable transportation, and provide references upon request. Management experience required.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
