We are looking for upbeat and driven staff members who are eager to learn a system that has proven to be a success. No previous experience is necessary. Must have a friendly and personable attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work with a team mentality.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
• Produce the needed beverages for the service well.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar.
• Keep an accurate spill through the shift.
• Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
• Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed
• Other duties as requested

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender
• General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently
