We are looking for a driven, growth-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales/Investment Advisor.   1. Series 65 or 66 license 
  2. Minimum of 2-5 years of industry experience (or an existing book of business)
  3. Available to start within two weeks of a potential offer (negotiable)

Sales/Investment Advisor Responsibilities

  1. Bring In New Clients
    1. This can include: individuals, families, businesses, and institutions within our target market.
    2. Meet monthly and annual sales goals.
  2. Offer The Best Advice for Each Unique Client
    1. Know what areas of the market are best suited for the client.
    2. Evaluate whether the client’s risk tolerance is appropriate, and whether the client’s risk tolerance has changed.
    3. Have a plan customized to each client on what to do with excess cash.
    4. Be able to answer client questions and illustrate them in the  eMoney Decision Center.
    5. Research and work with third-party resources to evaluate if clients need insurance, and if they do, making sure they are getting the best value for their money. 
    6. Educate yourself on VCM approved platforms and resources to provide holistic advice on the Six Key Areas of financial planning.
  3. Be a first point of contact for Verde Capital Management clients
    1. Respond in a timely fashion to client requests (24-48 hours depending on the type of request).
  4. Build Unique Strategies for Each Client and Help with Goal Attainment
    1. Responsible for working with Service Advisors and clients to help them work towards goal attainment (savings goals, investment goals, etc.).
    2. Responsible for managing and trying to bring in existing client opportunities.
  5. Scheduling 
    1. Scheduling meetings that are relevant and timely to potential opportunities (bonuses, house sales, etc.).
  6. Protecting Salesforce Data Integrity
    1. Client meeting note imports and system updates.
    2. Monitor client data is updated as needed.
    3. Add/close opportunities.
    4. Task management.
  7. Investment Committee Participation (quarterly and as needed).
  8. Open to achieving or already have their Michigan insurance licenses (life and disability specifically).


  1. Payout - Advisors at Verde are W2 employees, and take home 40% of the management fees on clients they work with.  
  2. Breakfasts (three days a week), and lunch (five days a week) provided by a corporate, on-site chef.  Dinners available for purchase.
  3. Group workouts, curated by a personal trainer, provided on site in the 24/7 Fitness Center.
  4. Unlimited PTO (take as much time off as you need as long as your work product is solid and completed).
