Clarkston Area Chamber of Commerce announces Women in Business panelists

Clarkston, MI – The Clarkston Area Chamber of Commerce staff is proud to announce panelists for the 2021 Women in Business conference. The Chamber staff has worked closely with a committee to plan this event and selected a group of speakers that exemplify leadership, success, and a commitment to help grow the Clarkston community.

“We last hosted this event in February 2020 and the response from our members was incredible,” said Shaun Hayes, executive director of the Clarkston Chamber. “It was important that we pick an accomplished lineup of panelists to follow up on the success of last year. Our committee has done a great job in that regard.”

The panelists this year are:

  1. Whitney Findlay, owner of Beyond Juice Clarkston,
  2. Deb Gordinier, owner of Ideas For You and Town Planner Community Calendar,
  3. and Carrie Wheeler, manager of special projects at McLaren Clarkston.
The panel will be moderated by Jesica Spencer, owner of Spencer Real Estate, who was a panelist at the event in 2020.

The event will be hosted on May 24, 2021 at Oakhurst Golf & Country Club. Due to attendance limits, the event is currently sold out. Those interested in attending are encouraged to join the waitlist in case new orders from MDHHS allow for higher event attendance.

More information, including full speaker biographies, can be found at
