I am a fourth-generation herbalist, and natural remedies come naturally to me. Growing up in Ukraine, I learned from my elders about plants and healing. I focus on both emotional and physical health. I believe that what we breathe, put on our skin, and eat affects how we feel and age. I explore various ingredients from around the world, such as Ayurvedic roots, Amazonian butters, and Alaskan plants. 

Over the years, I have studied different types of holistic care and achieved good results. I use methods like Aromatherapy, Energy Work, Massage, Acupressure, and Herbal Medicine. These practices can lead to deep relaxation and mindfulness. 

My goal is to work hard with you to help you practice self-care and self-kindness, which I believe are essential for a healthy and happy life.
