Front Desk Reception/Cleaner

JOB SUMMARY: The spa host will assist in overseeing the spa sales and operations. Provides excellence in customer service by welcoming and greeting clients warmly.


  • Providing excellence in customer service at all times. Greeting customers and thanking them for their business.
  • Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell spa and salon services, and retail products.
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Handling the reporting of any inappropriate guest behavior
  • Following all health and safety codes and policy’s
  • Cleaning bathrooms, service rooms and lobby (maintaining premises) / laundry / dusting and more
  • Completing daily checklist
  • Handling cash and bank deposits
  • Scheduled customers
  • Checking customers in/out
  • Escorting customers to service rooms/locker rooms
  • Monitoring times of service for customers and notifying customers when service times have ended
  • Replenishing stock
  • Selling the spa and services through client tours
  • Accurately following all booking polices and cancellation policies
  • Opening/closing responsibilities
  • Upholds high standards of sterilization and sanitation as required by law and the policies and procedures of the spa.
  • Properly cares for spa equipment and uses recommended amounts of product to help with cost control.
  • Interacts cooperatively with other spa team members to provide a seamless customer experience.

  • Adhere to all current regulations and laws related to a Spa.
  • Must handle sensitive client information with confidentiality

This position requires variable hours based on the needs of the spa. Weekends a must. (Sundays we are closed)
