As a Behavior Technician within our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program, you will provide direct support to children with autism and their families under the supervision of a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, you will assist with treatment implementation, behavioral interventions, documentation, and billing while helping patients develop meaningful skills that enhance their independence and quality of life.
Successful team members effectively communicate and build positive professional relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. Through compassionate, evidence-based care, you will play an important role in helping children achieve their individualized goals while supporting a collaborative and family-centered treatment approach.
