Full Job Description
You must have at least TWO - FIVE YEARS of Optometry / Front Desk  experience to be considered for this position.
Job Description: Checking patients in and out, answering phone calls and scheduling patients, maintaining medical forms in patient's electronic charts, verifying and confirming appointments. Basic front desk duties, insurance eligibility, reviewing services and attaching to patient's charts, and checking out patients, collecting co-payments, entering insurance information, posting payments to patient accounts.  Assisting with Billing / Collection Process.  Create organized calm front area and be the face of the practice in person and by phone. A high level of professionalism, courtesy, flexibility and multitasking is required.
Days/Hours (approx. 40 hours per week) . 
Note:  rotation of staff covering lunch hour 1 day per week.
Monday:          8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday:         10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Wednesday:    8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Thursday:        9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday:            8:00 am – 5:00 pm
