Assistant to work out of our Clarkston office. This person should be friendly, organized, attentive to detail, and able to work as part of a team as well as independently.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Help with reporting and excel maintenance.
  • Handles special projects.
  • Maintains confidential files and administrative filing.
  • Provide support in preparation for public events.
  • Provide administrative support including but not limited to order entry, filing, copying, making calls and coordinating calendars.
  • Order and organize supplies for multiple locations.
  • Help with employee technology setups and paperwork.
  • Maintain office organization.
  • May be asked to courier supplies, shop for supplies, etc.

The assistant may be assigned additional tasks in support of the company goals

Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer focused: pleasant, courteous, and professional when dealing with internal and external customers or clients
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientated.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.


Valid State Driver License

Computer Skills:

Microsoft Office

Microsoft Outlook

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Clarkston, MI 48348: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)


  • Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
