This month's guest speaker is Dr. Shawn Ryan\, Superintendent of Clarkston Community Schools. \n\n\n\nYour choice of:\n\nBuck Shots Grilled Chicken Salad - grilled chicken\, dried cranberries\, red onions\, roma tomatos\, candied walnuts\, bleu cheese crumbles\, and mixed greens. Served with poppy seed dressing and warm breadstick\n\n\n\nPulled Pork Sandwich - slow smoked for 8 hours\, hand pulled and tossed in sweet baby ray's BBQ. Topped with slaw and pickles on a brioche bun\n\n\n\nCreamy Mac & Cheese - six different cheese and cavatappi noodles topped with a herb crumble\n\n\n\nMargherita Flatbread - sliced tomatoes\, fresh mozzarella cheese\, fresh basil\, and marinara sauces. Drizzled with a sweet balsamic reduction.
